    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing the services provided by Sixlogs Technologies, Asset Logik, or Cenario, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    Use of AI and Predictive Intelligence

    • Predictive Engine: Our predictive maintenance features are based on historical data and real-time indicators. While designed for high accuracy, these are forecasts and do not guarantee the prevention of all equipment failures.
    • Conversational AI: Users interacting with our data through natural language queries are responsible for the accuracy of the prompts provided.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, including the 3D configurator logic, AI model training frameworks, and "Intelligence at Scale" branding, is the exclusive property of Sixlogs Technologies.

    Limitation of Liability

    Sixlogs Technologies shall not be liable for any operational downtime, loss of revenue, or equipment damage resulting from the use or inability to use our automated systems.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
